Spring Training is just a few weeks away.  The Detroit Tigers have announced their new TV broadcasters for the upcoming season.  The teams broadcast schedule for this Spring was also just announced. 

According to the Tigers,  the upcoming spring schedule will feature 21 games on the radio.   The TV side will feature 10 games.

The Tigers voices on the radio will once again be Dan Dickerson and Jim Price and they will call most of the games on radio this spring.

A couple of the games will feature the voices of Dan Hasty (West Michigan Whitecaps) and Greg Gania (Erie Seawolves).  The two regularly broadcast games for the Tigers minor league affiliates.  The two games are scheduled for  February 25th and March 23rd.

The televised games will feature teams such as Atlanta, Toronto, St. Louis, Minnesota, Tampa, Baltimore and the defending champions, Boston Red Sox.

The best way to see these spring games are in Florida.  If you can't make it down to Lakeland or Florida, the team has you covered.

The Detroit Tigers play their Spring games in Lakeland at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium.   The regular season begins on March 28th in Toronto.
