Battle Creek Police Partner With Homeland Security in Fraud Case

Homeland Security teamed up with Battle Creek Police Department and conducted a raid on Thursday. 

The raid was part of a long term and ongoing investigation into a fraud case that involved the Roadway Inn on Beckley Road.

When authorities went in to search the office at approximately 1:30pm they were able to obtain evidence that related to the fraud case. In addition, two men were arrested during this raid.

The 30 year old male was arrested on a felony warrant related to the fraud and another male was taken into custody due to unrelated, outstanding warrants of his own.
