Michael Rebry's goal just 34 seconds into overtime completed a series comeback and put the WMU Bronco hockey team into the NCHC's Frozen Faceoff this coming weekend in Minneapolis. After losing 2-1 in OT on Friday night, the Bronco began their comeback with 5-2 victory Saturday night at Lawson Ice Arena. Sunday night's game was another low-scoring tight battle that ended at 1-1 at regulation. Rebry's goal survived a review to see if there was offsides, and now it's off to Minnesota.

Frozen Faceoff pairings will be announced early this week, but the four conference finalists are: WMU, North Dakota, Minnesota-Duluth and Denver. The two semi-final games are on Friday, Mar. 17th, and the third place and Championship game are on Saturday.
