Burger Bros Set to Open on Kalamazoo’s East Side

Custom boutique burger joints are a hot food trend. Following the recent opening of Nonla Burger south of downtown, another burger joint is opening in Kalamazoo. This time on the eastside.

Burger Bros is slated for a February 8 grand opening. The restaurant will be in the small plaza anchored by the 13 1/2 Eastside Grocery convenience store at Riverview and Bridge, 806 Riverview if you're GPSing. (PS - if anyone knows the reason that store is called 13 1/2, let me know in the comment section below. I've always wondered.)

The restaurant promises custom burger toppings like giardiniera.
