Coldwater Woman Arrested For Setting Up Disabled Daughter For Sex

A Coldwater woman is behind bars after she was accused of trying to set her disabled daughter up for a sexual encounter.

48-year-old Linda Ehle allegedly had correspondence with Ionia Inmate Shane Scott, and the two had explicit discussions involving Ehle’s disabled 17-year-old daughter.

Ehle is charged with agreeing to send Scott sexually explicit photos of the minor, a charge that carries up to 20 years in prison.

Ehle has been arraigned, and her next hearing is set for November 19.  The daughter is in the care of the Department of Human Services.
