According to a recent report from the Michigan Public Service Commission, the state report is forecasting an increase in energy demand but on the good side lower energy prices through the remainder of the year.

Why are our energy costs going to be lower?

Due to the cost of natural gas, I can only assume because of fracking.  Now remember the party and politicians who wanted to stop all fracking.  Now you can thank the politicians who kept pushing for American independence from foreign energy sources and lower energy prices for us.

The report states that homeowners and commercial customers should see lower heating and cooling bills, and for a bonus lower gas prices.
