State Police say detectives spent many hours staking out various locations and gathering evidence.  They say it became apparent during the investigation that the suspects who were involved were acting outside the scope of the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act.

In the Tuesday raids, detectives located and seized approximately two hundred fifty eight (258) marijuana plants, approximately twenty (20) pounds of marijuana, U.S. currency, and numerous records and documents.
