Why Are People Driving Like Morons?

I got stuck in the mess on Northbound U.S. 131 this morning.

"Sheet of Ice" reads the headline on MLive. Has anybody ever heard of SLOWING DOWN?

The picture is from last winter. That's the point. Unless you just moved here from Florida, Texas or California, you don't get a hall pass for this.

I'm not saying I'm perfect, but when the road is slippery, what the heck are you doing going 70 or 80 mph? An SUV doesn't make you indestructible. Besides, what about the people whose lives you're putting in danger?

I'm not your mother. Just slow down. And turn your headlight on. Kapish?
