After closing hundreds of stores in the last couple of years, Sears Holdings just announced the closure of 103 more stores.  Get the list below.

According to Fortune.com,

The retailer told employees in a note posted to its web site it was closing 64 Kmart locations and 39 Sears stores. The latest announcement comes only two months after Sears’ most recent store closing news, which followed a spate of such announcements earlier in 2017. The company has closed hundreds of locations in the last few years.

Thankfully the Sears at Crossroads Mall is NOT on this recent list.  Click here to see the entire list of stores closing this March from Sears Holdings.  With the downward trend over the last several years in sales and the consistency in which they are closing stores.  It wouldn't be a big surprise to most if we lose this Crossroads Mall anchor store sometime very soon.  However, a source close to Sears told us last year that the Portage store had the highest sales of any store in the chain in a 5 state area.  I guess only time will tell.

Our thoughts are with the many employees around the country that will lose their jobs due to this announcement.
