As the players enjoy their off season,  fans can get excited for next season as the schedule for the 2018-2019 season for the Kalamazoo Wings has been released.

According to M-Live, the K-Wings will begin, what will be the 45th season of pro hockey in Kalamazoo, this fall with a 72 game season.

The regular season will begin with a visit to where their past season ended in Indianapolis against the Indy Fuel on October 13th.   The Fuel beat the K-Wings ending their season and a chance at the playoffs.

The home opener for the new season at Wings Event Center will be against the Ft. Wayne Komets on Friday, October 19th.

All of the fan favorite games return next season such as the Orange Ice game on October 27th, Pink Ice game on February 14th and the legendary Green Ice game on St. Patrick's Day.

Through out the season the K-Wings will play many of their games against rivals Ft.Wayne, Toledo and Indy.
