Man Charged In Halloween Stabbing

A man has been charged with attempted murder, following a stabbing which occurred at a Halloween party in Kalamazoo. 19 year-old Drew Liggett was arraigned Wednesday in Kalamazoo County District Court.

Prosecutors say that Liggett became angry after being asked to leave the party and came back with a knife and that he then attacked a 20 year-old man who had confronted Liggett earlier in the evening.

The man received multiple stab wounds but is recovering.
