Police Searching for Portage Jewelry Store Robbery Suspects

According to a WWMT.COM article and Portage Authorities, a break in occurred at 8:30pm on Westnedge Drive at the new Jared's Jewelry Store. This store had recently finished construction and opened it's doors last month, in August.

At the time of the break in, the store was staffed with three employees and the store was open. Multiple suspects came in wearing hoodies, and sporting tools that they then used to smash open several cases. The suspects got away stealing several items, though no employees were hurt.

Authorities are still searching for the suspects.
