Portage Business Damaged In Fire

Officials say a fire at a business in Portage yesterday caused over $50-thousand dollars worth of damages.

No one was hurt when the fire broke out in the attic of the Hogan Insurance Agency on Gladys Street.  Crews arrived at the scene at around 3 in the afternoon.

Public Safety Officers are still investigating but they say that so far the fire appears to have started with an electrical problem.
