Monty Python's Spamalot and a new production of "Phantom of the Opera" are among four major productions coming to Miller Auditorium in 2018-19,, as part of their Broadway series.Along with those two, Cirque Dreams Holidaze and "Beautiful - The Carole King Musical" are the four headlining shows this upcoming season.

  • Monty Python's Spamalot will play Nov. 9-11th, 2018. It's a Tony Award winning musical, "ripped off" from “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. "Spamalot" is the sotry of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail, with "flying cows, killer rabbits, taunting Frenchmen and show-stopping musical numbers".
  • Cirque Dreams Holidaze will be at Miller Dec. 21-23, 2018. CIRQUE DREAMS HOLIDAZE is a high energy holiday show, featuring music, acrobatic circus acts, wildy colorful costumes; think Vegas meets family Christmas entertainment.
  • The Phantom of the Opera will be at Miller from February 6th through the 17th. This is a new production of the Andrew Lloyd-Webber classic. According to Miller, "The production, overseen by Matthew Bourne and Cameron Mackintosh, boasts many exciting special effects including the show’s legendary chandelier. The beloved story and thrilling score - with songs like “Music of the Night,” “All I Ask Of You,” and “Masquerade” - will be performed by a cast and orchestra of 52, making this PHANTOM one of the largest productions now on tour."
  • Beautiful-The Carole King Musical features the music of the Hall of Fame singer and songwriter, who wrote two generation's worth of songs and ballads. It will be at Miller from March 19-24, 2019.

It's the story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Along the way, she made more than beautiful music, she wrote the soundtrack to a generation. Featuring a stunning array of beloved songs written by Gerry Goffin/Carole King and Barry Mann/Cynthia Weil, including “I Feel The Earth Move,” “One Fine Day,” “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” “You’ve Got A Friend”

Tickets for the Broadway series won't go on sale until later this year, but subscription series packages go on sale April 4th. There are various options and they're available at Miller Auditorium.com.
