Truck Driver Charged in 2008 Kalamazoo Rape Case

A Tennessee truck driver has been ordered to stand trial on charges that he raped a woman in Kalamazoo back in 2008.

57-year-old Calvin Kelly has been arraigned on charges of criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and attempted criminal sexual conduct. He was also charged as a fourth-time habitual offender.

Authorities believe Kelly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint along U.S. 131 and say that he has also been linked with crimes in three other states.
