Unbelievable. That's the only word that comes to my mind right now. Eight years after the murder of Venus Stewart, her estranged husband who was found guilty of her murder, revealed yesterday her remains in exchange for access to an XBox and other privileges while in prison, according to Freep. Yesterday, Douglas Stewart led a team of investigators and police into the wooded area where he buried her remains in Wakeshma Township in Kalamazoo County.

Today Western Michigan University is going to be performing a dental or X-ray test to confirm that the remains are those of Venus Stewart. St. Joseph County Prosecutor John McDonough says that Douglas Stewart was very emotionless about the incident saying, "He really showed no emotion — he was pretty matter-of-fact. He walked the detectives right to where it was and there it was."

The Xbox will be a "moded" model that doesn't allow an internet connection, and is only available to him as long as he remains in good behavior, as no contracts have been drawn up. Is it just me or am I missing something? This guy lost all his rights in prison. Is he seriously being given an XBox for being a murderer? How is this even real?
