Deputies gave chase, and the man drove through a fence and began traveling southbound on northbound I-69. authorities say that the Marshall Police Department, Tribal Police and Michigan State Police participated in the pursuit and conducted efforts like laying down stop-sticks and closing the highway down to minimize the risk of a head on collision.
