As we celebrate the Mighty Macs 60th birthday, Let's take a look at all the cool events where you can walk, run, bike and even 'tractor' across the bridge this year. 

It's easy to see a parade of Corvettes crossing the Mackinac Bridge, even people on foot. How about a torch run or tractors!.

Here is a rundown of some of the unique events happening on and around our magnificent Mighty Mac. You can click on any of the event titles for more information.

April 21 includes driving across the bridge and trails on Drummond Island.

May 27th, 6am to noon, run the 5 mile span of the bridge.

June 22-24, this 3 day event culminates with an all makes and all models car show in St. Ignace.

July 15th, Celebrating the Ford Mustang with a parade across the bridge.

August 19th, Formerly known as the Midnight Ride, This event raises money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

August 26th, The Corvette Parade across the Mackinac Bridge is Saturday evening at 7:00pm

September 4th, The walk begins at 7am and is open and free to the public.

September 8th, Yes, tractors like you see on a small farm. This event has attracted more then 1,300 tractors in the past year.

September 13th, This special event is the largest 'grassroots' event raising money for the Special Olympics.

September 16, See all the amazingly tricked out semis parade across the bridge.

September 23rd, The one and only time you are allowed to ride a bike across the bridge. You can run as well.

October 7th, One of only two times you can run across the bridge and the only one where you can stop and take in the majestic view of the fall colors on both sides of the lake.
