 * TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS 5 TO 9 INCHES. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
   POSSIBLE.

IMPACTS...

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW AND SLUSH COVERED AND HAZARDOUS.

 * COMMUTING TIMES WILL BE INCREASED.
