Armando Galarraga’s Near Perfect Game Subject Of Fox Sports 1 Special

Fox Sports 1 will look back at the near perfect game in 2010 from former Tigers pitcher, Armando Galarraga. The story is featured in a new special scheduled to air tonight (9-30).

According to the Bless You Boys, "A Perfect Game" will look back at that controversial call by Jim Joyce that took away a perfect game from Galarraga.

Galarraga was one out away from baseball history, then what should of been the final out was ruled a base hit.

Joyce apologized for the incorrect call.  Both Joyce and Galarraga were praised for how they handled the situation following the almost perfect game.  They will both be a part of the half hour special which Fox Sports 1 will air tonight (September 30th) at 10 p.m.
