Parents are always looking for things to do with their kids, especially on the weekends, so, another fun thing to do this summer happens Saturday as Binder Park Zoo's Kids' Day is from 10 am to 4 pm.The Zoo has lined up a gaggle of activities and lots of hands on and interactives things for kids of all ages to do.

The Zoo is positioning this day as way for kids to take a step away from technology for a few hours and connect with nature and fitness.

Binder Park Zoo animal keepers will conduct “Keeper Chats,”  along with critter encounters, and Wild Walks.  Add to that interactive yard games and an obstacle course.

The Zoo is also bringing in "Rocket", the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department's newest K-9 partner, mascot PAWS from the Detroit Tigers.  Kingman Museum, the Leila Arboretum Children’s Garden, the Kellogg Bird Sanctuary will all be there, too.

Kids’ Day is July 7, 2018 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Binder Park Zoo and is included in the cost of admission. Visit binderparkzoo.org for more information.
