When is all of our government going to get on the same page and when it comes to the protection of United States legal citizens and legal immigrants before illegal aliens?

That question is what all of this illegal alien debate comes down to, whether that protection is from a physical or financial threat?

The Washington Examiner is reporting the following:

For the past six months, the Transportation Security Administration has allowed migrants released from the custody of other Homeland Security agencies to board flights to other parts of the country despite the passengers lacking any of the 15 documents it states are the only acceptable forms of identification.

They must be joking, right?  No they are not joking, apparently any legal citizen or immigrant must show proper ID but illegal’s do not.

According to the TSA’s own website, passengers who are over the 18:

must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint in order to travel

According to our government and the TSA there are 15 forms of acceptable ID which include:

  1. a USCIS worker’s document
  2. a driver's licenses or state ID
  3. a U.S. passport or passport card
  4. a DHS-trusted traveler cards
  5. a Defense ID card
  6. a permanent resident card
  7. a border crossing card
  8. a DHS-designated enhanced driver's license
  9. a federally recognized, tribal-issued photo ID
  10. an HSPD-12 PIV card
  11. a foreign government-issued passport
  12. a Canadian provincial driver's license or Indian and Northern Affairs Canada card
  13. a transportation worker identification credential
  14. a U.S. Merchant Mariner Credential
  15. and a USCIS Employment Authorization Card (I-766).

What has the TSA been allowing illegal aliens to travel via plane on, well The Notice To Appear document, known by DHS as Form I-862.  That form is simply a piece of paper that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services gives to a person who has passed a credible fear screening and will have his or her asylum case decided by a federal judge.  That’s it, there is no guarantee that any of the information on that form is correct.

The TSA is attempting to say that the court order serves as the person’s identification because that person had already gone through a background check while in custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, ICE, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Well apparently the TSA is completely wrong about that.  According to the article:

a USCIS official said TSA’s knowledge of protocol was wrong and that the latter agency would not provide any type of travel authorization document to a person who has passed a credible fear screening. The official said the NTA has one purpose and that was to tell recipients when to show up for court.

So we must ask ourselves, what in the hell is the TSA doing and why are they doing it?

We have no idea if the information these people give the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, ICE, or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is correct or not.  They literally could be terrorist that the TSA is allowing on our airplanes.

A TSA spokesperson stated:

TSA accepts identification documentation issued by other government agencies, which is validated through the issuing agency. All passengers are then subject to appropriate screening measures.

Ok, but then answer this question why does the TSA webpage state:

You will not be allowed to enter the security checkpoint if your identity cannot be confirmed, you chose to not provide proper identification or you decline to cooperate with the identity verification process.

When are the Democrat voters going to demand that their elected officials start taking this border crisis serious?

When are the Democrat voters going to demand that their elected officials stand alongside the Republican voters and elected officials and do something about our border crisis and immigration laws?

All of us American citizens must stand side by side and tell these elected officials that enough is enough and it is time to work together to reform our current immigration laws.  The Republicans did not fix it when they were in control and the Democrats did not fix it when they were in control, the questions is why?

Forget the question why and just start demanding that they reform our immigration laws to protect our countries security and put Americans citizens and legal immigrants first before any other countries citizens.
