  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Restocking consumables
  • Sweeping and mopping
  • Pulling trash
  • Dusting
  • Inspect and review inventory supplies during each shift
  • May be responsible to carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must have valid car insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation

2nd Shift Battle Creek Janitorial Support Supervisor


  • Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention
  • Control labor hours and supply costs
  • Travel between multiple job sites in a single shift
  • Identify areas where further training is necessary and identify and retain all-star team members
  • Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked
  • Work together with upper management to provide effective communication
  • Manage your time and prioritize the nightly agenda
  • Cover open cleaning shifts

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of supervisor experience
  • Skilled at making quality decisions
  • Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
  • Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling
