Detroit Tigers Spring Training Home Voted Best in Florida Again

Spring training ended earlier than expected but fans in Florida have the honor of knowing they have the best park in the Grapefruit League. 

According to M-Live, Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland was once again named top ballpark in the Grapefruit League.  The park is the home to the Class-A, Lakeland Flying Tigers and is the spring home of the Tigers.

Readers of Baseball Digest voted on their favorite and for the second year in a row, the stadium in Lakeland won.   The park was recently renovated in 2017 and blends old with the new.

The stadium in Lakeland beat out the Pirates stadium in Bradenton, Florida for the second straight year.

The top ballpark in Arizona was Salt River Fields, the home of the Diamondbacks and Rockies.
