A beautiful tribute to the first responders who lost their lives 18 years ago yesterday.

Firefighters in Auckland, New Zealand performed a haka, which is an ancient Maori war dance, yesterday in honor of the September 11th anniversary.

Afterwards, more than 200 fireighters participated in a stair climb at the Sky Tower, a 1,076-feet-tall building in the heart of the city, in full firefighting gear.

Three New York City fire chiefs attended the event.

Even though 9/11 will always be a tough day for Americans, it was absolutely beautiful to see all the tributes come in from different parts of the globe. Thank you :)
