Flu season in Michigan is turning deadly this with multiple deaths being linked to influenza.

According to report from MLive, four deaths in Kent County this year have been linked to influenza this year.

A flu death has also been reported in Barry County this week.

These latest deaths follow the recent announcement of a third flu death this year in Kalamazoo County.
