Glenn Miller put Kalamazoo (zoo, zoo, zoo, zoo, zoo) on the music map in 1942 with his #1 hit about our hometown: "I've Got a Gal in Kalamazoo." Although Glenn went missing in 1944, his namesake orchestra continues to tour and will be playing a concert in Portage.
