Global Warming, 5.2 Trillion and 0.2 Degrees
Do you believe that the remote possibility of lowering our temperature of the planet by 0.2 degrees by 2100 is worth $5,200,000,000,000 dollars?
The United Nations (UN) does.
The Daily Caller is reporting that the UN is demanding that the member countries of the UN chip in a minimum of $5.2 trillion dollars to fight what they believe is man-made global warming.
Patricia Espinosa, UN climate chief was quoted telling UN delegates and activists at a Bonn, Germany global warming conference about global warming:
the very fabric of life on Earth is under threat. We must act right here, right now
The first thing I would ask the UN climate chief is, ok you want us to chip in $5.2 trillion, what welfare programs within our countries or welfare taxes given to your group do you suggest we cut to provide the $5.2 trillion to cut “global warming”?
A new report from S&P Global Markets’ states that the price to implement national-level plans to comply with the Paris agreement is $5.2 trillion.
As I stated above the UN estimates “national plans to cut greenhouse gas emissions to shave 0.2 degrees Celsius off projected 3.2 degrees Celsius of warming by 2100”.
One fact you must know, I believe every single prediction by the advocates of man-made Global Warming models have been incorrect. I do not believe one prediction from their models over the last 2 decades have turned out to be true, in fact many have been wildly incorrect.
Is it worth spending $5,200,000,000,000 on a wild bet off of predictive models that have never been true? The answer is obvious to people who can be intellectually honest.
By the way the a recent Stanford University report estimated the cost of meeting the Paris accord at $58 trillion over the next 25 years.
Are you willing to bet $5,200,000,000,000 to $58,000,000,000,000 on the record of the predictive models of Global Warming enthusiast?
