Pup With Cheese Ball Bucket Stuck On It’s Head For 2 Weeks Saved In Kalamazoo
The saying "Not all heroes wear capes" may sound cliché, but in the case of the rescuing, “Bucket Head,” or Liberty, a poor dog who had a cheese ball bucket stuck on her head for over two weeks, there is truly a hero in West Michigan.
Safe & Sound
This poor girl has been running around Parchment with a plastic cheese ball container stuck on her head for at least 15 days. This was a little more of a challenge to get her in a trap as her smell was compromised with the bucket over her head. Visual aides were used to attract her in, with the hopes that she would go in and check them out. And eventually, she played right along! Overall she seems to be in good health. Hungry & thirsty, nails need a trim, and really stinks! Seems super relieved, and grateful at the same time.
Mary Humphrey is a hero and deserves all the recognition possible for saving this poor puppy who had its head trapped for so long. This isn't the first time she's come to the aid of a lost animal, and she continues to be a shining star in the community.
We wish Mary strength and all the good vibes going forward and hope you can help share this story to let her know how much she's valued.
