Spring is here! Warmer temperatures are coming, which means we'll soon be shedding the heaviest of coats and jackets for tank tops and bikinis. But there are some in Michigan that even take it a step further, with a number of "clothing-optional" resorts around the state.

Believe it or not, there are a handful of these places in Michigan... predictably, all in the lower peninsula. Even in the summer, the Upper Peninsula can trend a bit on the "nippy" side. But if you're planning on visiting one of these resorts, what are the reviews like?

In all, you can count the number of "clothing optional" resorts in Michigan on both hands, but they all seem to be really nice. Reviews on Google rate them all between 4 1/2 to 5 stars, with most of the people saying they enjoyed the atmosphere, everyone was cordial and nice, and typically, the community seemed very accepting of the lifestyles.
