
Michigan, Brace Yourself For Another Big Snowstorm This Week
We are getting very close to the end of having to deal with random snow storms that will be popping up through the winter. We are just over a month away from being officially in spring, however, there is another snowstorm that is going to be affecting Southwest Michigan, which is expected to drop six or more inches, depending on where in the state you lie.
The National Weather Service is currently tracking a storm for Wednesday that we see has a good chance of affecting Southwest Michigan, from Saint Joseph to Kalamazoo getting anywhere from 4 to 6 inches or more.

Posted Monday morning: Widespread snow accumulations are looking likely for Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night. At this time the potential for 6 or more inches is greater than 50 percent in many areas.
Lansing has the highest percentage chance of this happening at 62%, However, the widespread snow is expected to come Wednesday afternoon and through the night. There are times during the storm when they’re expecting that snow will be coming heavy and travel conditions will become hazardous.
Anybody who plans on commuting Wednesday evening through Thursday morning will want to monitor the roads And make any adjustments needed so that they don’t get caught in a storm.
Forecasts can always change the day of as well, so it’s important never to assume the snow is going to be lighter than you think it may be. We will continue to monitor the storm and hopefully, it won’t be as terrible, and this will be one of the last times we have to worry about this.
