Lansing Police Looking For Missing Girl

A text message was sent out around 11:30 PM on Sunday night by the Capital Area Ingham County Alerts about a missing girl in the Lansing area. The alert said that Lansing police were looking for an 11-year-old Hispanic female that was missing from the 1200 block of West Barnes Avenue near Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in Lansing. Officials say that the girl was last seen around 6:30 PM on Sunday, August 11th. According to a report from WILX, Vincentia Valentina Soto-Rangel was last seen wearing a grey shirt that says "strong like mom." She was also wearing black shorts, black high socks and black Nike sandals.
