LEGO® Skyscrapers At Henry Ford Museum

As a child I loved playing with LEGO’S but could never be as good as those  who are exhibiting their work in Dearborn Michigan at the Henry Ford Museum.

There is an exhibit at the museum called the Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO® Bricks. It is the first-of-its-kind exhibition featuring 20 of the world's most recognizable and stunning towers from across the world.  Those towers include New York's Empire State Building, China's Shanghai Tower, and Dubai's Burj Khalifa.

The world’s Skyscrapers are constructed by Ryan "The Brickman" McNaught.  He is one of only 14 Certified LEGO® professionals in the world. I had no idea there was “Certified LEGO® professional” builders.  The Skyscrapers are built on a scale of 1:200 with more than half a million LEGO® bricks, the detail looks unbelievable. We are told it took “The Brickman” and his team over 2400 hours to complete all the Skyscrapers.
