It was when he was 16 years old that he moved to Fort Wayne, took a cooking class and fell in love with creating amazing dishes.

Last night, Micah revealed that he attempted to make a Coq Au Vin chicken dish with mushrooms and roasted carrots. Gordon said.

The chicken is cooked beautifully, but it’s just not Coq Au Vin. Unfortunately, you tried a to make a dish without ever trying an authentic version of it.

His dish might not have traditional, but it was good enough to keep him around for at least another week!
