Michigan State Police Launch New App

Want to keep up with Michigan State Police info and activity? There's an app for that.

WLNS reports that MSP have launched a new app that will allow the public to be instantly alerted to traffic accidents, arrests, criminal investigations, and more.

Users will also be able to submit crime tips directly to MSP, along with photos and video.

According to WLNS, other key features of the app include:

• Profiles of Michigan’s most wanted fugitives
• Search the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry
• Help solve cold cases
• GPS-enabled contact information and driving directions for MSP posts

To get the new app, search for "Michigan State Police" in the Google Play or App Store.
