Hmmm, I remember going to White Castle after a night of partying with my friends and eating some of their hamburger sliders.  Now you can go to White Castle after a night of partying with your friends and eat some of their veggie sliders.

Yes you heard that correctly, veggie sliders are now being served at White Castle restaurants nationwide, most in Michigan are around Detroit.  You would not think those two things would go together would you.

Mlive is reporting about the Columbus-based fast food chain announcing yesterday that it will now serve a plant-based burger from Impossible Foods.

The veggie burger was created by Impossible Foods in Redwood City, California.  They say their burger looks and smells like real ground beef “but without hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol or artificial flavors”.

White Castle stated that their “The Impossible Slider” is topped with smoked cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions and is served on a signature bun for only $1.99.

Can you get a topping of hamburger on that?

Well I guess the Millennial's need to go somewhere to eat after a night of drinking Kale Shakes.

Bon Appetit!
