Many of us do things that we later regret doing or sit back and cannot believe we did what we did.  I know I have said that to myself too many times, mostly when I was younger.  For most of us we do have the opportunity to reflect back on what we did and say or think, why did I do that.  I say most of us but unfortunately not all of us get to do that.

MLive is reporting on a Niles women who was attempting to find a piece of clothing that she lost in the road and was struck and killed by an oncoming car.  According to Berrien County Undersheriff Chuck Heit, the 49 year-old Niles woman was looking for a piece of her clothing she lost while she was riding on a motorcycle.

The driver of the car that accidently struck her saw her enter the road at the last minute and was not able to stop and unfortunately struck and killed her.

I decided to relay this very sad story to you because it is important that we remember how fragile life is, one moment you are here the next you are not.

The next time you see a loved one, give them a hug and tell them that you love them.
