Here's a chance to see the No. 2 ranked college basketball team in the country, the Michigan State Spartans, in Grand Rapids, and help raise funds for hurricane relief at the same time. Tickets go on sale Wednesday afternoon for this exhibition game Sunday to help the American Red Cross' hurricane relief efforts in the Bahamas and Georgia. Spartan senior guard Lourawls “Tum Tum” Nairn Jr. is from the Bahamas.

Game tickets will go on sale to the general public Wednesday (October 25) at 3 pm. Prices start at $17.50,and can be bought online through Ticketmaster.com (or if you're in Grand Rapids Wednesday afternoon, at Van Andel Arena and at the DeVos Place box office.)

The NCAA is permitting teams to play exhibition for hurricane relief this season.

This will be the Spartans' third appearance in Grand Rapids, and first since 2006, when they played Grand Valley State at Van Andel.
