Musical, Illegal Immigrant, Lesbian and Your $20,000

Yet again a sign of our government borrowing and wasting $20,000 to fund a musical about an Illegal Immigrant Lesbian at a San Francisco Socialist theater.

Yes you read that correctly, according to the Washington Free Beacon the National Endowment for the Arts is once again throwing our tax dollars or I should say money the politicians are borrowing that will have to be paid back by tax dollars, away.

How many of these examples of totally wasted tax dollars do we have to expose to enlighten you on how much money our politicians throw away each year.

Do you feel this is something we needed to borrow money for?  How is this contributing to the American people and is this what you want your children to have to pay back?

The San Francisco Mime Troupe, a self-described socialist theater group, stated in their request for the grant:

Using the Mime Troupe's signature style of broad, physical theater, the work will explore immigration, gun violence, the opioid epidemic, depression, the public education system, and racial tensions, and how they relate to societal health.  Portions of the work will be developed through playmaking workshops in California's Central Valley with low-income youth, inmates, and migrant workers

According to the theater group the lead character is a criminal illegal alien and lesbian struggling with mental health issues.

Can they through anymore cliché’s on this character?

By the way this self-described San Francisco Socialist theater group has received $461,000 from the NEA since 1998.

Enough said, case closed so now let’s cut the Federal budget drastically and stop borrowing money for useless things.
