Derek and Hannah Jeter welcomed a second child (and second daughter) into their lives, with the birth of Story Grey Jeter, according to the New York Post's Page Six column and website.

Story Grey's older sister, Bella Raine was born eighteen months ago in August of 2017, at about the same time her father was buying the Miami Marlins baseball team.

The last few years have been quite eventful for the Kalamazoo native. First, marrying the former Hannah Davis, then the acquisition of the Marlins, the birth of two daugters, and coming next year, selection into baseball's Hall of Fame. And the unanimous selection this year of teammate Mariano Rivera could see Jeter become only the second unanimous selection for Cooperstown.

It appears the only challenge in Jeter's life is professional, with the Marlins struggling both on the field and at the box office, and for the first time in his career he's getting a lot of negative press, being the face of the ownership group that traded away Giancarlo Stanton among other unpopular decisions.
