Social media site Foursquare analyzed its data to see what people in every state eat or drink more than people anywhere else.  And for Michigan, it's perch. The fish? Yes, perch.

Some of the most uniquely popular foods around the country are no brainers, but some may surprise you. Some of those are:  Maple syrup in Vermont; crawfish ("mudbugs!") in Louisiana;  fried green tomatoes in Alabama; but one surprising one was. chicken cheesesteaks in Pennsylvania. Aren't Philly cheesesteaks made with shaved beef? Check out the full map here.

Around the Midwest, no surprise that Italian Beefs rule in Illinois (though there's a guy in Kalamazoo that makes the best one I've ever eaten), but Lemon Rice Soup in Indiana?

The funniest one on the list is Nevada, "bottle service." Yup, a bottle of liquor goes with just about anything.
