Red Wings To Host 2nd Annual Hockeytown Winterfest At Little Caesars Arena
Little Caesars Arena will be the location for the 2nd annual Hockeytown Winterfest on Sunday, January 19th.
According to the Detroit Red Wings, the Winterfest will be an inside and outside event that will be free and open to the public.
Season ticket holders for the Red Wings will get to enter early at 10 a.m. The event will start for the remaining public at 11 a.m. and go until 4 p.m.
Winterfest will feature open skating on the ice at Little Caesars Arena, Interactive hockey zones and winter inflatables. There will also be live music, video games, caricature artists, face painters, marshmallow roasting, Red Wings alumni autograph signings and much more.
New this year will be an ice carving demonstration, box hockey, giant checkers and a black history month display. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside and outside the arena.
