Coming across old abandoned buildings while traveling thru Michigan can be fascinating...and at the same time, dangerous if you attempt to explore.

The following pictures show an old abandoned farmhouse in northern Michigan. You'll also see where a squatter has set up living quarters.

As one person commented, it's especially sad to see an abandoned farm that was probably very prosperous at one time.

The location of this old farmhouse is not disclosed...but you can bet if you search Michigan's country-sides you'll find plenty of them. It's not necessarily wise to explore, as sometimes they are still owned by someone.....plus there's always a chance of getting cut, falling through floors, stepping on glass & nails, etc.

Enjoy the pictures!
