Suspect Located In String of Vandalism In Kalamazoo

Authorities have identified and spoken with their suspect, in a recent string of vandalism in Kalamazoo. 

On Thursday, Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety Officers made contact with the person they believed had spray painted several homes in the Vine neighborhood over Labor Day weekend.

The 20-year-old Kalamazoo resident did admit to being responsible for the majority of the damage, and investigators found evidence in the suspect’s possession.

The KDPS is now waiting for all victims to come forward, and an accurate damage assessment to be calculated, before the suspect can be charged.
