It seems strange to talk and write about High School Football in Michigan when it's four months away. But with planning for a new format for the upcoming (hopefully) session and postseason for the 2020 campaign, what better time to put the details out now.

The second week of the Michigan High School Athletic Association's football playoffs will get underway later this week, with seven area teams playing as host.

After nine weeks of High School Football across Michigan, 20 area squads will continue their seasons this week with the beginning of the Michigan High School Athletic Association's playoffs.
