A package of bills introduced in the Michigan House Tuesday and co-sponsored by Battle Creek representative Dr. John Bizon would relax some hunting regulations. The primary sponsor for the bills is Rep. Steve Johnson from Allegan County.
Michigan is known for its beautiful sights and wildlife. But a state that's overpopulated with deer must make changes in hunting rules in order to thin out some of the outrageous numbers.
Michigan’s State House of Representative’s passed a resolution, via voice vote with apparently no debate, which asked the state’s Natural Resources Commission to establish a Sandhill Crane hunting season in Michigan.
