Living in Michigan is good. Living in these Michigan cities is great.

The reality is there are still a lot of balls left in Michigan, but how much time until their lifespan runs out and another corporate owner decides to tear it down? Or even worse how much longer do some of these malls have before the business ends up drying up?

It's quite the crossover.
