Them Against Us: The Protected Political Class

The game has finally played out.

We now know that President Obama places the favored political class (democrats) in front of the rest of us.

The Washington Post and others are reporting that the Obama Administration yet in another Friday night news dump has decided not to charge the disgraced IRS employee Lois Lerner with any crimes, not one criminal charge will be filed by the Obama Administration against the obviously guilty Lois Lerner.

Remember when the Treasury inspector general audit report exposed the IRS’s “mishandling” of tax-exempt applications of law abiding citizens attempting to exercise their freedom of speech and association.  Remember when it was discovered that Lois Lerner was head of President Obama’s criminal element which used the power of the IRS to target identified groups for review using keywords, such as “Tea Party” and “Patriots,” and shelved their tax-exemption applications.

The Obama administration’s Justice (now that is a funny word to call them these days) department in a letter to Rep. Gob Goodlatte (R-VA), chairmen of the House Judiciary Committee wrote the following:

“Our investigation uncovered substantial evidence of mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia, leading to the belief by many tax-exempt applicants that the IRS targeted them based on their political viewpoints, but poor management is not a crime,  we found no evidence that any IRS official acted on political, discriminatory, corrupt, or other inappropriate motives that would support a criminal prosecution.”

So there you go, once again it has been proven that if you are a political hack/criminal in the democrat party and the democrat party is in charge, nothing will happen to you.  Only we little people who pay the taxes to support these leeches and criminals pay the price if we commit a crime.

I must say I thought this was coming but it is a hard one to take.  For the Obama administration to prove once and for all that he and they are a lawless administration.

In a statement on Friday, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) criticized the Justice Department’s decision not to bring charges as “giving Lois Lerner a free pass” and called it “a low point of accountability in an Administration that is better known for punishing whistleblowers than the abuse and misconduct they expose.”

When are we as American citizen’s going to say enough is enough?

When are we not going to allow any of these political elitist take advantage of us, no matter what party is in charge?
