They Can Never Say It Never Happened
Whenever someone brings up their concern for the safety of girls and women when allowing transgendered women into the girl’s/women’s bath and locker rooms we are confronted with people who state that nothing has ever happened which would justify our concerns.
Well they can no longer say that.
The Billings Gazette is reporting on a man who now identifies as a woman allegedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom.
The trial for Miguel Martinez, who now goes by the name Michelle, began on Monday in the state of Wyoming. Miguel/Michelle allegedly invited the young girl into the bathroom with him where he allegedly fondled the girl’s breasts and genitalia, before penetrating her.
The 10-year-old girl told the police that “it hurt inside” and she started to cry. It is reported that Nurses at a nearby medical center:
completed a sexual assault exam and found redness and abrasions on the girl’s genitalia
There are local media reports which describe Miguel/Michelle as a “family friend” of the 10-year-old victim.
Miguel/Michelle told the police that the girl had been “talking crap” and dismissed the accusations as a “publicity stunt”.
Miguel/Michelle now faces charges of one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor.
I have always said that my concern comes more from some man faking that he is a transgendered woman so he can get access to the girls/women’s bath and locker rooms. I do not want this article to be a condemnation of all transgendered women because I still feel that the bigger threat comes from men posing as transgendered women. That is not to say that if this person is found guilty that there is not a concern with transgendered women.
I did want to point out that those who say that there should not be a concern because it has never happened, can no longer say that if this person is found guilty.
