USA Hockey Try Hockey For Free Day Saturday, February 22nd

This Saturday USA Hockey is once again giving kids and families a chance to try out the sport of hockey with Try Hockey For Free. 

According to USA Hockey, Try Hockey For Free will be on Saturday, February 22nd. USA Hockey is teaming up with 350 associations across the country giving kids a chance to try out youth hockey.

Kids ages 4 to 9 are encouraged to try out the sport.   Locally kids can check out the event at Wings West in Kalamazoo.  Wings West will host its event at 11:15 a.m.  Kids do not need to have any previous skating or hockey experience to participate.

A limited amount of equipment will be available to use.  Kids are asked to bring a helmet, skates(if available) along with gloves or mittens.
